Forms

This page is a listing of the forms we most commonly use. If you are considering hiring us, please take a moment to look at these.

House Information

This is for those who simply want a house sitter. We come a couple times a day. We change which lights are on and off, perhaps turn on a TV or radio, get the mail and the newspaper. This is more for security of home than anything else.

Pet Information

This is the pet profile form. Fill one out for each pet you have in your house. It includes things like feeding and medication schedules, basic behavioral traits, where they like to go play and how they like to play. Also, at the end there is plenty of room to add anything you think we might want or need to know.

Veternary Information

Okay, this is the necessary evil form. If your pet should be seriously injured during the course of your trip, this form is to allow us to take your pet to a hospital.   At your discression, we can care for per your instructions (such as minor injurys or illnesses), but larger things need to be taken care of by professionals.

We understand that breeds deemed ‘aggressive’ are not necessarily aggressive. Breeds such as Rottweilers, Akitas, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, and others can be well mannered depending on their upbringing. However, ALL animals of all species are required to go though a ‘meet and greet’ before a reservation can be made. Please e-mail or call with any questions.
